Albania’s Socialists set to win election: exit poll

Exit polls suggest that Albanians are returning the ruling Socialist party to power, but not with the outright majority it wanted.

The Socialists have ruled through a coalition for four years and say they need to govern alone to push through reforms that will bring Albania into the European Union.
