The ANC in KwaZulu-Natal says it does not subscribe to the assumption that a deputy president should automatically become the president.
This came out of the Provincial General Council, which ended in Empangeni Sunday. The province will lead the largest delegation to the ANC’s National Policy Conference in December. One of the key resolutions at the PGC regarded land reform.
