Two initiates have died in the Eastern Cape and more than 20 have been rushed to hospital after an initiation school caught fire in the early hours of on Sunday. The incident took place at Qumbu near Mthatha. Two traditional nurses who were with the initiates, have also been hospitalised. Earlier SABC news spoke to the Eastern Cape Health Department spokesperson Sizwe Kupelo about the condition of the injured.
