Kenya extends visa-free travel duration for South Africans

Kenya has granted SouthAfricans extended visa-free travel in the country. SouthAfricans can now visit the East African nation without a permit for three months.That’s up from the previous 30 days. In comparison, South Africa has been tightening visa rules for Kenyans. The East African country has long expressed unhappiness with the many hurdles its citizens face when travelling to South Africa. In particular, pricy visas and a lengthy processing period. Diplomatic relations have been one-sided, given that SouthAfricans receive free visas upon arrival in Kenya.
