In South Africa, there’s a lot of noise around the government’s policy of land expropriation without compensation. In order to adopt the resolution, the Constitution needs to be amended. But it’s subject to a rigorous parliamentary process. Public hearings are currently being conducted around the country. CGTN’s Julie Scheier has this report from Johannesburg.
