The defence counsel in the Jayed Panayiotou murder case, Adv. Terry Price, has rejected a video shown in the Port Elizabeth High Court as not being original. He cross examined the police officer responsible for the technical equipment in the car in which murder accused, Christopher Panayiotou had a conversation with middleman, Luthando Siyoni. Price argued that the video could have been tampered with. In it, it could be seen how Panayiotou handed Siyoni money and expresses his dissatisfaction that his wife was not robbed of her jewellery to make it look like a robbery in front of the house. Panayiotou and three others are charged with the assault, abduction and murder of Jayde in April 2015.
