Brand Finance has released its latest report on NationBrands – which ranks countries using various measures including the goods it sells on the global market, infrastructure, openness and political stability.
South Africa remains in the top 50 out of 100 nations ranked.
But we’ve fallen by two places from 41 to 43.
The US is at the top but it’s growth as a nation brand has been stagnant.
China is growing fast and in many areas it continues to challenge the dominance of the West.
