UN security council plan closed door meeting to resolve dispute

The United Nations SecurityCouncil is due to meet later today in New York to discuss the escalating border dispute between Djibouti and Eritrea. Diplomats say they aim to hold a closed-door meeting over fears the row, which has already seen clashes, could worsen.
