Race leaders Graeme Solomon and Adrian Boros consolidated their grip on the Berg River Canoe Marathon on day three after they lost the 75-kilometer stage to Keith Moule and Joep van Bakkel in a sprint finish but maintained their 10-minute overall lead. The longest stage of the 240-kilometer race saw their four paddlers fight it out after nearly five hours on the river.
